1)高端药物制剂基础研究:揭示药物制剂体内作用机制、生物学行为、药效评价等

纳米药物及其给药系统

缓控式制剂

长效微球制剂

2)药物制剂的临床转化应用研究

探索药物制剂从基础研究到产业化的关键核心技术,尤其是纳米药物的临床转化

3)药物靶向治疗的设计与应用

研究药物靶向治疗的合理化设计和机理机制探索

4)癌症免疫治疗研究

采用药物制剂手段实现癌症的免疫治疗优化,以及实现多重治疗的结合

5)癌症光热治疗

以金纳米材料为基础的肿瘤显影技术研究,药物传递研究和靶向肿瘤的光热治疗研究
