Jia Li, male,  researcher in the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica,Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ph . D . supervisor, assistant director. He Graduated from the department of Pharmacy of Zhejiang Medical University in 1992. In 1994, he studied for the doctor degree in Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2000, he got Ph.D degree . He was in charge of setting up the model of high throughput drug screening in the National Center for Drug Screening in August of the same year. From Februry to August in 2003, he was invited to visit the pathology department of the Cambridge university in Britain and join in the research about cell apoptosis and angiogenesis. He was also invited to go to Garvan medical research center to do the diabetes collaboration research as visiting scholar from August 2004 to February 2005. He was supported by National Outstanding Youth Foundation in 2011. He got 12th China Youth Science and Technology Award in 2011 and was awarded of one of the best ten outstanding  youth in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His  research work focused on discovery and evaluation of lead compounds of innovative drug and drug candidates combined with high-throughput screening. He had published more than 120 papers in academic journals and applied more than 40 patents, 26 of which was authorized so far.

Fajun nan, male, researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ph . D . supervisor, deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Drug Research. He Graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Lanzhou University in 1991. He got Ph.D degree in  the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1997. He worked as Postdoctoral fellow in Georgetown University Medical Center in the United States from 1997 to 2000.He was funded by "CAS Hundred Talents Plan" (Hundred) and National Outstanding Youth Fund in 2000 and 2007, respectively. His main research work is designing and synthesizing biologically active organic molecules and probe tool, including structure-activity relationship studies.

So far, He had published 70 papers in academic journals and applied more than 30 patents, six of which was authorized.
